Returns

All sales are final. Insta Graphic Systems does not accept returns.

Customer must inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be reported in writing to Insta Graphic Systems within five (5) business days of delivery.

For any issues related to shipment, Customer must contact a service representative within the stated timeframe. Failure to provide notice within this period shall constitute acceptance of the order as delivered and a waiver of any claims.

Insta Graphic Systems shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by third-party carriers once the order has shipped.

Any approved remedies, if applicable, shall be determined solely at the discretion of Insta Graphic Systems and may be limited to reprint or credit. No refunds will be issued.
